3.2 Account Creation Process

When creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, valid email address, mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and preferred username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must immediately notify 888ldr of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. 888ldr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account information.

3.3 Account Restrictions

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account with 888ldr. Creating multiple Accounts, also known as "multi-accounting", is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all Accounts, forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and permanent ban from the Platform. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of your Account to any third party. Your Account is personal to you and non-transferable.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

888ldr is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory compliance and security measures, we require all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide the following documents when requested:

• Identity Verification: A clear, legible copy or photograph of your valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or Indonesian Passport showing all four corners of the document, with all text readable and no expiry date passed.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months showing your full name and current residential address matching the address provided during registration.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face, with both your face and the document details clearly visible. This confirms you are the legitimate owner of the submitted identification.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

888ldr supports deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as popular Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier, ranging from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours after approval, subject to completion of KYC verification and security checks. First-time withdrawals always require completed KYC verification and may take longer for enhanced security review. 5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements), maximum bet limits while bonus is active, game restrictions (certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or be excluded entirely), time limits for meeting wagering requirements, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for bonuses is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 500,000 bonus, you must wager Rp 5,000,000 before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games and table games may contribute 10-50%, and sports bets may have specific odds requirements (e.g., minimum odds of 1.50 for Asian handicap bets). 7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended unless explicitly permitted by the specific game rules or in cases of obvious technical errors acknowledged by 888ldr. The maximum payout from any single bet or accumulator is capped at Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) unless otherwise specified. 7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports, all bets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies and official data providers. If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets remain valid. If postponement exceeds 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes refunded. 11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 888LDR AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language or Bahasa Indonesia as mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
